Upload your paper and our AI scans every claim against its source — catching misquoted numbers, wrong attributions, review-vs-original errors, and fully hallucinated references.
All your sources, in one place.
No manual searching or downloading. CiteLM finds referenced articles on the web automatically, or connect your Zotero library to work with what you already have.

A 2026 Nature analysis found that tens of thousands of academic publications may contain fake or faulty references generated by AI — citations that look real but lead nowhere. Here's why it matters, and what publishers and researchers can do about it.
Learn MoreAccording to a 2025 survey of the publishing company Wiley of nearly 5,000 researchers across 70 countries, most scientists are already using AI tools — yet nearly two-thirds worry about hallucinations and inaccuracies. With AI-assisted research expected to become mainstream within two years, the demand for automated tools that make science more reliable and peer review more rigorous is becoming impossible to ignore.
